Pinecone Health LLC is a Company registered in Minnesota and certified by Minnesota Department of Health as a Supplemental Nursing Services Staffing Agency in Minnesota. We are committed to employee qualified health care professionals to work in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the Minnesota State. Our mission is to connect dedicated healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities.

Finding and hiring qualified health professionals can be time-consuming, challenging, and costly for health care providers and health care facilities. That is the reason why we carry the burden on recruiting experienced health care professionals such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Trained Medical Assistants (TMA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for health care providers.

We use Modern Vendor Management Technology to staff more then 190 health care facilities in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We provide free in service training for employees.

Wage rates follow the State recommended rates. It is the policy of Pinecone Health LLC to abide by the rules, regulations, and the law, as stipulated by the Minnesota Department of Health regarding all health workers in the state.

Screening Process –Pinecone Health LLC performs a complete screening on our staff, which includes competency tests and skills checklists as well as a thorough background check.
On Call Availability – Staff are on-call 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to provide you with timely and efficient service.
